Within a short time of contacting our firm to assist with elder law needs, it will become apparent that we work as a team. Your first contact with the firm will be an initial call with one of our highly trained paralegals. This call will help determine whether your case is one in which our firm can handle. If it is determined that our firm is the right fit, the paralegal will schedule a meeting or a call with me, Bill Nabors.
I have a little different of a law practice due to my Cerebral Palsy, which requires me to use a wheelchair and speak slowly. To overcome any barriers, a trained team member is always on the call or in the meeting to ensure that there is no communication difficulty. There is an added benefit of having the team member engaged inn the initial, consultation. The team member is usually a paralegal, and leaves the meeting fully versed in the needs of the case. They can begin without delay assembling the documents needed to obtain the desired result, whether it is requesting a discharge certificate for a veterans pension case, or finding cost of care numbers for an emergency Medicaid petition. Lastly, while every effort is made for me to be available by phone and email, the team approach provides another contact for clients to check the status of their case, or receive a reminder of the process we laid out.
We look forward to introducing you to our team in place to address your elder law needs.
